Letting Nature Take Its Course

We can’t deny the fact, nature knows what it is doing. No need to look further just observed things around to get the answer. Look at ants as they show you how nature works. They surely do a great job. An ant has a role to play in the overall scheme of things. Each ant knows what their job is. There is no need to tell them what needed to be done. Ants don’t suffer from midlife crisis or question if they are doing the right thing. Having problems are something humans are known for. Before things got complicated, we knew what we have to do. Our modern lives have made things complicated. We may be engaging in a debate on this without end. We can engage in endless debate about why Eve did the thing she was not supposed to do. We gain challenges in the way because we ceased to listen to nature.

This is something we can apply in any other aspect of our life. But we need to have a closer look on its effect to our health. The body needs no instruction for it to function property. Our ability to breathe is completely independent and something we need not to tell the body to do so. This is a perfect example of nature working in our bodies. As we poised to be body’s dictator, we have failed in our attempt.

We have to accept the fact we have become much unhealthier today than ever. Medicine is better today and it makes no sense why many people are getting sicker. Many of us are dying young. Yet, preventable health problems such as obesity are rising. So, why aren’t we solving these problems? In some ways, it may be traced to our neglect of nature. We try to command our bodies and veer away from what nature dictates. We need to go back to the fact there is a link between mind and body. We need to ensure ourselves if we do things right. We see today, the results are far from what we want.

We refuse to heed nature and just do what we want to do. We are no longer allowing our bodies have a say in the health aspect. Diet is something we do because it is a nice idea, but not because it is good. Fitness goals are not hit because of this kind of mindset. We engage on things that run the risks to our health. The body will tell you if it is getting enough.

There are certain things we can do to stop the problem by doing nothing. Allow nature to take its course. You need not to make a decision to go on a diet or if your body needs weight loss cleanse, the body will tell you so.
